Description

The introduction of the RealRyder® Cycle has changed indoor bike technology forever. Our bike captures the movement and fun of ‘real’ outdoor riding, while riders experience the benefits of turning, leaning and balancing. This workshop builds on the history of indoor cycling, giving instructors a glimpse into the RealRyder® teaching system, as well as experiencing a fun-paced “century” ride. The future of indoor cycling is here. Take the Training Wheels Off! 

**It is important for the learning process that course participants have access to a RealRyder Indoor Cycle (mandatory) to engage with as they complete this course.**

Learning Objectives

To provide the indoor cycling instructor or coach with the practical information necessary to effectively teach and ride on the RealRyder® Cycle, as well as plan an effective, fun indoor cycling ride. **It is important for the learning process that course participants will have access to a RealRyder Indoor Cycle to engage with as they complete this course.**

• The instructor will develop an adequate riding competence by participating in, and/or practicing, all of the practical drills and master class.
• The RealRyder® planning process shows you how to effectively and safely design exciting and innovative rides that are supported by science.
• Finally, no course on indoor cycling would be complete without attempting to communicate an understanding of the subjective “art” of indoor cycling that is surrounded by a framework of science.
• At the end of the day, indoor cycling should be fun, effective, and results oriented as a result of a complete planning and teaching process that blends objective science with an ability to motivate, communicate and help individual participants attain success.

2. View the course content.
3. Take the test. (You must score 80% to pass. If you do not pass, you may retake the test.)
4. Print your certificate of completion.
